App Review

Date: 3.9.11
Grade: All Ages
Platform: iOS (iPad, iPhone, iTouch)
Introduction:

The app Google Earth is very helpful. It is easy and quick. You just need to type in anywhere in the world and you can see it in seconds. Google Earth was first on a computer, but then Apple made it into a app. I think this App is very helpful, and here are some reasons why.

This is the first thing you see when you open Google Earth. It is a picture of the earth and it is showing you that you can go anywhere in the world, see what it looks like, and see what is close to it. You can zoom in to see anything in the world.

You can also type in an address and get there in a flash. For Google Earth to know what you want to see, you have to type in the Address, State, Country, Zip Code, and city. This makes it easier for it to track down. But, if it is a famous place or monument you can just type that in and it will go straight to it, for example the Eiffel Tower. I looked up my school and this is what showed up.

Now, it has brought us right to the school. We can see all the fields, blacktop, and the parking lots. You can see everything from here and see what’s surrounding. You can also see a compass to see what way your facing which is very interesting and helpful.

This slide shows what other schools and/or areas of the county that are surrounding Joseph Sears School. This is very helpful, because if you are looking for something else and you do not know the name you can look on this to help you out.

This slide shows the information on Joesph Sears, it shows the phone number, the website, and the address.  This also shows a brief description about the school and what you will get if you consider moving here.  It shows how many stars this school has. This section is very helpful to people interested in this town.

The cost of this App is free.

I think this App is a very good App. It can help people with directions or to see some far away place up close. This App is very helpful and easy to use. It also can give you very good facts. I think this App should have some more information about the place your looking up and searching for. This App is appropriate for anyone, and I would recommend this App to anyone.
