How can education use "Virtual Reality" and "Mobile Learning Devices" more effectively?
Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 6:13AM There is so much potential for education with the combination of virtual reality and mobile learning devices. The problem is doing this effectively, safely and with a good return on investment.
Take a look at some professors from Georgia Tech. Their idea is not new as there are several applications doing this already. I use this video just because it does a great job of explaining the issue.
Do you see the potential? Think in a micro and a macro fashion. Think about inside of your classroom and not just on a field trip. There is a lot of potential ... but how do we harness it effectively? How can we make this so easy that any teacher could effectively use this in the learning process?
