Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 10:56PM Thanks to Check Out the Future by Bob Sprankle ...The IPhone has some amazing medical applications including this new feature described in the following YouTube video:
Hopefully, these kinds of applications can inspire us to think about the possibilities for educational applications. We have reviewed some "neat" applications so far, but we have not been wowed like this "Diabetes" application.
I think we haven't been wowed yet because we have not had the linkage of education and educators with the IPhone / ITouch like we have here. How can we bring together education and application developers better as we see with linking giants like Johnson and Johnson and Apple? If I have missed it, please let me know. I want to review it!
I hope to see education application developers join our NING to link up with educators. Perhaps we can be wowed! Here is a sub-group just for developers.
Saturday, March 21, 2009 at 10:44PM We put up a poll on Twitter to begin our discussion on whether or not the IPhone and/or ITouch have educational value or not.
