Homework for iPhone: a great app to help with spelling

Spelling can be easy for some children and a battle for others. Having kids that struggle with spelling I have been looking for many different ways to help them. We have tried a lot of different techniques and the best support we have found so far is a simple spelling app that works on all iDevices: Homework for iPhone.

Homework for iPhone is a great app to help and support kids with weekly spelling test. It is 100% customizable and easy to use. Homework for iPhone can help turning homework spelling chores into a fun, challenging and motivating time. A great support for kids in primary school, age 6 to 12.

Homework for iPhone is a simple and easy to use for all kids.

Each Monday my son enters his new list. We check it together as the word entered are the ones he will learn. We then verbally record each word.

And that’s it; the spelling app is ready for practice.

He goes over each word, listens and writes. Each misspelled words are cycled back into the test for more practice. Once ready he just takes the spelling test and knows right away how many are correct. He takes it as a game and his goal is just to get them all correct. Having a spelling app that allows entering his own words is very helpful and having it on the iPhone even allows him practice in the car on the way back from school. 

We are using the app daily, and I hope it will help other kids.
