Apps for Educational Administrators?

Can an iPad be an effective administrator tool?  I am sure we are going to probably get back feedback related to the iPad not having flash, the ability to make movies, printing problems, etc.  Additionally, I am sure that some will immediately argue that a netbook would suit their needs more effectively.  While I can't disagree completely with the arguments concerning the lack of certain features on the iPad and the netbook argument, I do wonder if there are enough high quality apps that actually give the iPad an upperhand in many ways as well? Sometimes we overlook the best aspects of the device and focus on what it can't do.
