Interesting resource. I will have to take a closer look. One thing that stuck out from my initial read was the "Recommended Mobile Apps Lists." I like the way Common Sense uses quick & agile naming conventions, rather than standards laden phrases educators seem to see too often. I think it would be cool if IEAR started to compile lists similar to these. Informal, community-driven lists that are possibly crowdsourced through the blog and Ning. Dynamically generated, portable collections of resource lists based on a metadata scheme developed by the community, for the community, How do we do that?
